Shipping is FREE for orders above SGD$200, for orders below this amount, we will advise you on the weight and shipping charges before shipping.

We do not ship to PO BOX addresses.


PAYMENT OPTIONS & BILLING
We accept Visa, Master, Discover & American Express credit & debit cards. In an effort to avoid credit card fraud, we will ship to a different address as long as the bill to address can be confirmed. We use the Address Verification Service (AVS) by the supporting credit card companies. For safeguarding our customers, if a billing address cannot be confirmed we will NOT ship the items out.

VALIDITY OF ORDER
Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.


SECURITY
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128 bit encryption to guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy. You will not see the "little" lock box until you enter the shopping cart. RETURN POLICY
Since each order is tailored/altered exclusively for our customers, we are constrained to have a policy of no exchange or return for Saris, Lehngas and Suits. Return of other products will attract 20% re-stocking fees and the shipping cost. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to our SINGAPORE stock point. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for any customs, duty or taxes imposed on foreign orders. Please note that the shipping schedule is quoted by the shipping company and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping company. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. We try to use DHL all the time, and may use FEDEX or SINGPOST from time to time to get the order to you at the earliest.


COLOR DISCLAIMER
We firmly believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewellery ordered. All color options offered on the net is an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of our outfits. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium.

The garments sold by us are hand made/crafted in the finest traditions of India's textile crafts. Irregularities in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic of the process and beyond our control. At times actual outfit may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are hand made, hence beyond our control.
